**If you have a Gmail, you might not be receiving STS emails directly to your inbox. We use an email platform, Constant Contact, and Gmail sorts our emails in the "Social" or "Promotions" tab. To receive our emails in your Primary inbox follow the steps below. On a DESKTOP, find an old email from STS from the "Social" or "Promotions" tab. Drag the email to the “Primary” tab at the top of the page and drop the email on the tab. At the bottom left hand corner there should be a box that pops up that says “Conversation moved to Primary. Do this for future messages from _______” . If you click “yes” all of our emails should start coming to your primary inbox.
